Our Pricing
What it Costs?
Service Call $89 — covers the trip and diagnosis. Applied to the repair if you authorize it. Free in the core Baton Rouge service area.
Most Repairs $150–$450 total (service call + labor + parts). Premium brand repairs (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking) run higher because the parts cost more.
Dryer Vent Cleaning $129 standalone. $99 if I'm already at your house for another repair.
What you won't see:

Built on a Simple Idea: Treat People Right.
I'm Kaleb, owner of Right Call Appliance Repair. I started this business in Baton Rouge because I was tired of hearing my neighbors get burned by national chains — companies that ghost you, overcharge you, or send a "tech" who doesn't know a capacitor from a control board.
Right Call is different on purpose. When you call, you get me or one of my guys — not a call center two states away. We show up when we say we will. We give you a real diagnosis before doing any work. And if a repair isn't worth the money, we'll tell you that too, even if it costs us the job.
That's the standard. That's why we're here.

Do you really come same-day?
Often yes — if you call before 11am and you're in my core service area, I can usually be there that afternoon or evening.
What if the part needs to be ordered?
I'll diagnose, quote, and order the part the same day. Most parts arrive in 2–4 business days from Marcone or Reliable. I schedule the install the moment the part hits my hands.
Do you service Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking?
Yes. These take longer because parts are sourced from authorized distributors only, but I know the systems and use OEM parts.
Is dryer vent cleaning really necessary?
In Louisiana, yes — annually. Our humidity makes lint stick faster than in drier climates, and clogged vents are the #1 cause of dryer fires.
Are you insured?
Yes — $1M general liability, commercial auto, tools, and equipment. Certificate available on request.
